I have tried contacting this hotel several times after we accident booked this hotel and cancelled within hours and requested cancellation- they cancelled our reservation but took our money $900 They won't respond to any of our emails

We arrived Saturday evening 20th October via airport shuttle. Phoned the number of the owners and within a couple of minutes he arrived. We stayed in the Red Room and it was definitely big enough for the two of us. The owner showed us on the map how to get to all the places of interest. Lovely clean room and bathroom, kitchen area was kept full of food and really clean as well. Would definitely consider coming back again

Comfortable, very clean, great value. The location very good and was close walking distance to the Vatican. Location, Value, Comfort, and Cleanliness was very good. The red room was perfect. Small balcony you can see the Vatican.

Ideally set up for family travel

We were a family of 4 (3 adults, 1 child) travelling together. We decided to book the suite which gave us 2 rooms + 1 bath. There is ample space for luggage in the rooms. My one complaint was that there are only light sheers on the window in the 2nd bedroom so early wake ups are inevitable. The kitchen is well stocked with juices and water and breakfast items. Breakfast is self-serve which was great for us as it allowed for a leisurely second cup of coffee in the morning. We were unreasonably pleased to see a toaster! We've been travelling for a while and they are such a rarity in Italy that this little bit of "home" was just what we needed. Lots of restaurants nearby, close to the metropolitans and very convenient to St. Peter's square. Could have been a bit challenging to find but the host met us at the train station and walked us there and showed us where everything was in the apartment. It is most definitely on our list of places we would stay again. Not super fancy but decently appointed and comfortable. Double bed was comfortable but our daughter and grandson found the beds in the second bedroom a bit on the too firm side. Overall, a definite keeper.
